June 2019 Olympia WA Capital Homecare Cooperative is teaming up once again with Pizzeria La Gitana of Olympia to raise funds to subsidize home care for our neighbors in need! Hosted at Pizzera La Gitana on July 11th from 6p-9p, Olympia’s own Skelly Bones will perform to set the perfect mood and enchant us as we eat- Masterful musicians with luminous voices, Skelly Bones combines elements of doo-wop, rock n’roll, and jazz to create a unique and spooky sound (Click on the links below to check them out!)!
And so, in addition to the hand-crafted artisan pizza, stunningly delicious and satisfying salads, and house-made fresh pasta dough, and (of course) the bellinis we have all come to know and love, enjoy some gorgeous harmonies from this beloved local group. You don’t want to miss what is promising to be an enchanting and delicious summer evening of food and music. Eat some pizza, listen to some music, help your community!
About the Fundrasier: This ALL SUMMER LONG fundraising effort is our way to try and give back to the community that has helped us come so far. We are raising money to start to meet the needs of those people who have barriers to receiving home care, more specifically we are raising money to subsidize the home care of those who cannot afford it and do not qualify for COPES. As with our other events, Pizzeria la Gitana will donate 20% of the day’s proceeds to support this fundraiser. While we would love to see you all at our event, we know that not everyone can make it, so if you can’t make it to see Skelly Bones this time, if you order a pizza or a salad on July 11th you will be supporting a great cause!
