Rates

CHC charges an hourly rate for services.

CHC bills bi-weekly, with payment due upon receipt of invoice.

24-Hour Care

$38/hr

Shifts requested with less than 24 hours notice are $54/hr.

Individual Care

Weekday Rates

$42/hr

3-hour minimum billing for shifts, even if caregiver is dismissed early.

Weekend Rates

$45/hr

Home care for less than three (3) hours.

3-hour minimum billing for shifts, even if caregiver is dismissed early.

Couples' Care

Standard Weekday Rate

$50/hr

Standard Weekend Rate

$55/hr

Home care services of three (3) hours or more, unless contracted for 24-hour care (see Special Rates).

Holiday Rates

CHC charges time-and-a-half or 1.5 times the normal rate for the following holidays:

New Year’s Day
Martin Luther King Jr. Day
Memorial Day
Juneteenth
Independence Day
Labor Day
Veterans Day
Thanksgiving
Christmas

Deposit

CHC will require a deposit in the amount equal to one billing cycle (two weeks) of care services based on your schedule. Deposit will be held until the last month of services provided and applied to the final invoice. Any remaining deposit will be returned to the payee.

Mileage

CHC charges for the mileage used in the transportation of clients or errands made at the request of clients at the current rate set for employees by the Internal Revenue Service (65 cents/mile). CHC will calculate mileage using the most direct route unless the client directs a different route.

If the client resides outside of Thurston County and the client’s caregiver resides in Thurston County, CHC will bill the client for mileage to and from the caregiver’s home to the client’s home.

Late Fees

If a client cancels services while the caregiver is en route or upon arriving for a scheduled shift, the client will be charged a late fee of $75.
