We Are Licensed!

The State of Washington approved our agency license on March 2, 2018. We can now accept clients. If you need home care or know someone who does, please consider our cooperative. We look forward to serving Thurston County!

Capital Homecare Cooperative (CHC) is a Washington corporation organized under RCW 24.06, licensed as an In-Home Services Agency through the Washington State Department of Health. CHC operates on a cooperative basis in which the workers coordinating and providing the service own the company and collectively direct its operation under the principle of one member, one vote.
